Items of note:

• Confidentiality document (attached) – keep this in mind throughout the process

• Brief discussion on what to do if we know an applicant personally – be transparent about that, if the relationship is too close, such as a family member, it may be best to not participate in that particular interview
• Brief discussion on keeping the congregation informed – we agreed less is more, inform the congregation where we are in the process, but maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion
